First time doing a recertification. Didn’t know what to expect or that I had a chance to ask questions. I didn’t want to waste the doctor’s time trying to remember any questions I had. Just felt unprepared I guess.

Being a senior citizen, I have seen many doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Jen, in my personal opinion, is up there with the best! She is very professional, but also very down to Earth. She answers all of my questions and she allows me all of the time that I need with her.

Dr Shah was great and everyone who works there was so nice. Dr Shah was a rarity for a lot of doctors today in that he listened to here all the issues I am dealing with and then got me set up with a plan to start working on them.
