At SEPA Pain Management, we understand that living with pain can create anxiety for you and your family. The primary objective of all our staff is to facilitate your recovery by providing high quality care. Our caring professionals will treat you like part of our family, focusing on meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations. New patients may want to review our FAQ page.
On your first visit, you can expect a thorough exam with one of our pain management physicians. We will need to review any radiology reports and other physicians’ notes, so if you can request them from your other providers prior to your appointment, that will facilitate our ability to get you scheduled quickly.
There is no guarantee that we will prescribe medication for you.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first appointment to complete paperwork and be sure to bring your insurance card with you. To save time in the office, you can print and complete the new patient forms at home and bring them with you to your appointment.
If you are scheduled for an injection, the surgery center will call the day prior to go over any instructions. There are certain medications you need to stop taking prior to a procedure. You can review that list here.
Thank you for choosing SEPA Pain Management.
