I would never go see dr Jung again he didn’t even bother to examine my neck to see where the pain was coming from. Did not administer anything for pain. Very rude.

Doctors and staff are great but the wait time is unacceptable. Waited four hours on my first visit and left after an hour and a half with three people still ahead of me on my second visit.

Absolute fabulous experience as I mentioned to you on my visit…your staff are so professional, friendly, caring and knowledgeable…..they really care as do you!! Thank you to you and your staff for helping me….my epidurals I received are amazing!!!!

Dr. Jung is no doubt talented and smart.
However, he needs to listen to his patients before speaking. Voicing his opinion that American's tolerance and view of pain is not on par with Koreans isn't something anyone needs to hear. What started as "I probably can't help you to finally getting the nerve block I hoped for was at times tedious. Instead of thinking that Americans ask too much from their Healthcare provider, he might show a little compassion. Pain may not be the issue as much as fear. Fear of job loss, fear of letting pain take over their life, fear that the many changes we as humans make in our lives this one we may not be up for. I will see him again. Not all first visits go as smooth as they could.
