Great office and the people who work there were so helpful and kind. Their customer service in a world where the customer service is on such a decline was wonderful. Everyone was great . Sue who checked me in and out and helped guide me about the next steps was fantastic and explained everything was so patient. I’m sorry I can’t remember the medical assistants name. She was also kind . I so appreciated Dr. Shah. He did not rush and took his time to really get down to the root of my problems . I would recommend him and give them 10 stars if I could .

The experience was pleasant right from the start I was able to get an appointment within two days. The office staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Metzger’s personality and bedside manners were above and beyond. My MRI report showed slipped disc. He dug much deeper and did a Physical exam that determined there may be other causes for my pain. That says a lot for him he didn’t go on the obvious he dug deeper which is what I needed.

The staff is well trained , caring, and Doctor Jaffee is one of the best in his field. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and symptoms and the best way to heal it . Has a great way about him. Would recommend him to anyone.

Nice staff. Great doctor. Terribly small and noisy waiting room. Very uncomfortable being crowded into such a small place after making it through three years of Covid. Even before Covid the waiting room is terribly small and the chairs terribly uncomfortable.
