Dr. Shah is very compassionate and extremely patient in the amount of time he affords each patient, when consultations are taking place. He is always to see.

Everyone professional and efficient, facility clean and pleasant. Dr Shah examined me, reviewed my MRI and suggested a treatment plan. I was able to get scheduled for the procedure quickly…now to see if it helps.

I forgot to mention the staff when I was doing my first review. From the desk I think her name is Annmarie I’m very bad with names and the medical assistance and the physician assistant or all above excellent!

I feel very comfortable talking to Dr. fall. When he does injections he walked me through the hall procedure, telling me what to expect… He listens a lot of doctors do not listen… Very thorough… Very happy with SEPA !!!!!!

Ms. Cheng presents herself with a smile as she enters the room. A smile goes a long way when you are dealing with the medical problems you have. She is patient, and you don't feel like you are being rushed for the next patient. Ms. Cheng is thorough in responses to my questions I present to her.
I feel she is an asset to the facility. Being in the medical field, I CANT say that about all my doctor visits to other places.
