I left my old pain management just to be a patient with Dr Shah and my experience has been overwhelming for the best decision I could have made he understands exactly what I'm going through and what's causing me problems I have 6 different injuries titanium in back is one major but he does not force me to do anything I feel uncomfortable with I suggest you want a good doctor that will act like your injured family member to him that you get apt and don't think if you have minor injuries he'll give you meds he's by the book and straight up I've been lied to by many doctors and mine of 18 yrs retired and it was a blessing for my lifestyle to have met him , I repeat if your looking just to get meds from him you better have a clean past and be injured he's very smart and professional thank you Sepa pain for having staff and doctors as a pain management company I'm new with him but I'm already feeling comfortable and at ease knowing I'm in good caring hands thank you again

I was called back on time to review my issues with the associate working with Dr. Jaffe. The Dr. came in and reviewed my history and current issues to determine the best way to address my pain. I have an appointment in about 2 weeks for an injection - can’t wait. All the staff I encountered was polite and helpful. I considered it a good and productive visit.

I am extremely happy that I was recommended to SEPA and Dr. Chad Metzger. He is the only doctor who understood the pains I were experiencing and explained to me a thorough treatment plan. There was much more to the injury I sustained. My surgeon did his part and released me. I was not feeling much relief from the surgery. Dr. Metzger understood what I have been experiencing and pieced it together. I would very much recommend Dr. Metzger and SEPA for your back/spine needs.

Dr Fall has always taken the time to listen to me. If I have any new symptoms or pains. He is a fantastic doctor and I have recommended this practice to anyone looking for a great pain management practice.

All of the medical assistants and nurses were very helpful in moving me around the facility and helping me with the paperwork, which was a bit cumbersome. The MA in the room was very nice and helpful. Dr Sasso was very friendly and knowledgeable about my situation and carefully my care plan. I was very impressed with his attitude towards me in regards to my situation and care plan. Overall I was very pleased with the appointment.

Have met and reviewed pain history and MRIs with Dr. Metzger. He is very professional and quickly grasps pertinent info. Decision to change a couple medications and do epidural was made and then completed in second appointment. Only day 2, but feel better already. Would definitely recommend.

Dr sasso is the most caring and compassionate dr he seems to have a very busy schedule but he always listens and cares about how you are feeling and tries to help you he cares about his patients

I have seen Dr Jaffe prior to this visit and he always takes the time to determine the best solution. This time, having undergone a spinal surgery in August, 2023, my back was not yet strong enough to go thru the rigors of moving and lifting boxes. I have nerve impingement again and he has put me on the appropriate medication to provide relief and a future SI injection
Dr Jaffe’s manner is calming and his skill and decision making are impeccable. He is my top choice for pain management.
