First class, compassionate care given by Dr. Jaffe. Sometimes, the waiting time is annoying, but you get the feeling it’s because of special care, so I can tolerate that. But what I think makes this practice special is the support staff. Things are taken care of in a friendly and competent manner. A particular shout out to Cathy, who, in my opinion, is the best of the best. I learned long ago as a retired Senior Director that front line staff are the forward face of any organization. They make or break the perception of any operation and the SEPA group seems to get that. They are a great team and should be recognized as such.

Jennifer performed a punch biopsy on my left leg on 1/4/24. She was very thorough, explaining what was going to occur both before the procedure and as she performed each step. She was very kind and concerned for my status during the biopsy. Her 2 assistants were equally as proficient and kind.
I am not surprised, as I have been a patient at SEPA for many years and have yet to encounter anyone who was not amazing in their treatment of patients. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with chronic pain

Very quick service, 2 visits 1 for evaluation and 1for treatment. I spent about 1-1 1/2 hours for both visits, now I can stand on 1 leg without pain. Highly recommended.

Had trouble finding a pharmacy that could get my Rx. Dr Jaffe followed me through pharmacy to pharmacy, re-ordering the controlled rx every time, probably 3 to 4

I’ve been advised by other pain doctors to have a major back surgery but I wanted to seek more noninvasive treatment. My friend recommended SEPA Pain & Spine and told me to get the MILD procedure from Dr.Jung. I did not have high expectations and just wanted to try anything but a major surgery. The procedure was very quick and easy. In and out of the surgery center in about 1.5 hrs. I felt absolutely great the next morning and I’m literally back pain free now. I recommend SEPA Pain & Spine with all my heart! Especially Dr.Jung! He’s a great surgeon!!!!

Regardless of the pain, wether it’s sciatica, lower back pain, knee pain Dr. Sanjay Shaw has found a treatment to Alleviate and then totally eradicate the suffering. My wife and I are both he’s patients and it’s been a true blessing to have found him.
